Hi friends!
I’m so excited to share with you what I’ve been working on the past four months and why it’s been like crickets on my blog!! I’m SO sorry I’ve been the WORST blogger, but I literally couldn’t do any more than what I’ve been doing…prepping for a SET of Craftsy classes and taking care of my family!!! – basically trying to keep everyone alive!! LOL!!!
Yes! – I said a SET of classes! About a month ago I filmed TWO Craftsy classes back to back. It was INTENSE to say the least! Six days of filming will drain ya pretty fast. Plus, these classes are beyond HUGE! I put my heart, soul and a crazy amount of time into them in order to give you as much information and techniques as I possibly could. I have a hard time doing things half way…it’s ALL or nothing baby!!! Hahaha!!
Well, here is the Title Card for the first class that comes out June 8th!!! – less than a month away!!! It’s called, “The Clean & Simple Collection – Playful Techniques”.
It builds upon all the skills you learned in that first class of mine, “Clean & Simple Cake Design”, but goes CRAZY far with loads of techniques. I can’t wait to share some sneak peeks with you and be able to tell you the HUGE plethora of things you’re going to learn. So, stay tuned!!!
For now, you can enter to win a FREE class!! All you have to do is follow THIS link and you’ll be entered to win!! The giveaway closes next Monday, May 18th, at midnight…so, click and win!!
Then, stay tuned right here!! After the giveaway ends, I’m going to show you LOTS of sneak peeks, some of the cakes I made and reveal some of the many tips and techniques you’re going to learn. If you haven’t taken my first class, here’s a 50% off link…click HERE so you can get your foundation down. If you have, then prepare yourself for a tool kit of techniques you’re going to love that will greatly boost your abilities as a cake designer!!
I’m so excited! – I hope you are too!

Hi Jessica. Love your classes so much! I have excelled so much from your instruction. I have had so many people ask if they can come over for cake decorating lessons that I sent out and email and am going to hold a workshop in a couple of months to teach the ladies some basic techniques in Buttercream and some simple designs like ombré and lolly cakes. Do you have any advice for running a workshop? I have a billion thoughts tumbling around my head but can’t seem to structure them into an actual workshop! You are so great at passing on your skills I thought you’d be the best person to ask for tips ?
