You make a batch of meringue and pipe it out into the tops and bases of the mushrooms. Then, once baked, dust the tops with cocoa powder and use dark chocolate to attach them together to give you that dark underside mushrooms have!!
SO simple and SOOO delicious with the chocolate!!!
